The Partners of Hodsons Solicitors and Estate Agents are very pleased to announce that, as from 1 July 2005, the business of Hodsons will be incorporated as Law & Property LLP. The purpose of this change is to put the Practice on a modern corporate footing whilst retaining our professional values. Changing to an LLP will provide increased stability in the foundation of the business and greater potential for expansion and growth.

Law & Property LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership incorporated in England. The registered number is OC311358 and the registered office is 5 Ock Street, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 5AL. A list of members is available for inspection at that address. Law & Property LLP will trade as Hodsons and continue to be recognised and regulated by Solicitors Regulation Authority in England.
